PRESIDENT – WOODY HOWARTH

Woody Howarth as president of Sterling Building And Design approaches each home he builds as a unique work of art. Trained as a craftsman at his father’s side, Woody has been indulging his passion for homebuilding for more than 15 years. As a full-time builder, his strong sense of ethics and emphasis on excellent customer care are firmly rooted in his personal relationships with each and every client.

Since moving to Colorado from Florida in 1990, Woody has built and remodeled over 15 exceptional homes in the Castle Pines Village and Colorado Foothill Communities. Along with uncompromising quality and design, perhaps his greatest signature has been that every Sterling Custom Home is unique. Like a fingerprint, each residence built is truly custom, designed to fulfill the desires and lifestyle of its owner.  Now Woody gives full license to his expertise and vision, creating distinctive homes that, like an artist’s masterpiece, transcends the ordinary.

As a high-end custom home builder, with specialties in environmentally and topographically challenging site planning and a successful background in business, Woody is excited by the magnitude of possibilities and challenges in the Castle Pines and Colorado Foothill Communities. His style of homebuilding is unique in developing Colorado luxury home designs that range from Classic Post & Beam (Beaver Creek style), Lodge Style, Mission and Craftsman Arts & Crafts era home designs.

VICE PRESIDENT – MARVIN A. BOYD

Marvin A. Boyd has been a resident of Colorado since 1960. Marvin graduated from East High School in Denver, Colorado and the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado in 1977 with a B.S. in Business Administration.

After working 12+ years with a national public accounting firm as a C.P.A., Marvin began his automotive career as Chief Financial Officer with a top 25 nationally recognized automotive retailer in 1989. Marvin’s career spanned 17 years with this $720,000,000 automotive retailer as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

In August, 2006, Marvin partnered with Woody  to jointly  pursue their passion in organizing a progressive custom home building company with a balanced consumer and employee centric business philosophy.  Sterling Building And Design, Inc business practices will be transparent to our consumers and we will achieve the highest standards of business ethics, integrity and legal compliance to ensure accountability to our consumers and employees.
